• Account information: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, password (stored as a secure hash), and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account ID and associated profile details.
• Listing information: details you submit when listing a property, land parcel, or vehicle, including descriptions, images, pricing, location, and, where applicable, owner contact details (name, phone, email, address, and ID number) used to verify and process listings.
• Booking and inquiry data: name, email, phone number, requested dates, and any message you provide when booking a property, land visit, or car rental, or when contacting us through the contact form.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, referring pages, browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically through analytics tools and cookies.
• Uploaded media: photos you upload for property, land, or car listings, which are stored with our media hosting provider (Cloudinary).

• Create and manage your account, including authentication via email/password or Google Sign-In.
• Publish and display property, land, and car listings you or your agents create.
• Process bookings and connect you with agents, buyers, renters, or sellers.
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
• Send transactional communications, such as booking confirmations and account notifications.
• Monitor, secure, and improve the performance and reliability of our platform.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Agents and property owners when you submit a booking or inquiry, so they can respond to your request.
• Service providers that support our operations, such as Cloudinary (image hosting), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and email delivery providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when required by Rwandan law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LinkfyUniverse, our users, or the public.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing communications using the link provided in those messages.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
