Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkfyUniverse website and platform (the "Service"), operated in Rwanda. By creating an account, browsing listings, or submitting a booking or inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts may be created directly with an email and password or via Google Sign-In. Agents and administrators have additional responsibilities described in Section 4.

• Agents who post property, land, or car listings represent and warrant that they have the legal right to list the asset and that all information, images, and pricing provided are accurate and not misleading.
• LinkfyUniverse acts as a platform connecting property owners, agents, buyers, tenants, and renters. We do not own the listed properties, land, or vehicles unless explicitly stated, and we are not a party to any sale, lease, or rental agreement formed between users.
• We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or edit any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Featured or premium placement of listings may be offered as part of a paid subscription tier and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of sale.

When you submit a booking request for a property, land visit, or car rental, you authorize us to share the information you provide (name, email, phone, dates, and message) with the relevant agent or owner so they can respond to your request. Confirmation of a booking through our Service does not itself create a binding transaction; final agreements, payments, and terms are arranged directly between you and the agent or owner unless otherwise stated.

Agents may access Free, Premium, or Pro subscription tiers offering different listing limits and features. Fees for paid subscriptions are disclosed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at checkout. We may change subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, or misleading listings, prices, or images.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or discriminate against another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without our written consent.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.

You retain ownership of the listing descriptions, images, and other content you submit. By uploading content, you grant LinkfyUniverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. All LinkfyUniverse branding, design, and software are our property or that of our licensors and may not be used without permission.

The Service and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of listings created by agents or users, and we do not guarantee that any property, land, or vehicle will be available, sold, or rented as described. You are responsible for independently verifying title, condition, and legal status before entering any transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkfyUniverse and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, disputes between users, or reliance on listing information. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
